When police arrived at the address, they found the man's name on a card, and a photo with a "Viagra" logo on it.
He was charged with being a suspect in the alleged ring and was found guilty in the provincial court in Toronto's Gurgaon, which was hearing the case.
The case was initially investigated by the provincial court's police and was prosecuted by the state-licensed investigators at the state-licensed laboratory in the Gurgaon area.
